HAVE you got a head for figures?

Well, in our weekly feature for the 2007/08 season, we find out whether the Albion players and coaching staff have.

Every Tuesday, a member of the Baggies camp will randomly pick 15 questions to answer from a colourful selection of 40 puzzlers.

We will then put them under the spotlight.

Today, we quiz new goalkeeper Michal Danek.

Q2: What is your favourite ice-cream?

MD: Chocolate ice-cream is my favourite!

Q7: What was the last album you downloaded to your ipod?

MD: It was an album by a Czech band called 'Wanastovy Veci' I don't think many people over here would know them. They are a rock band.

Q5: If you were Prime Minister, what one change to the country would you make?

MD: There is too much to mention. I would want to change all politics!

Q15: What was your best and worst subject at school?

MD: My best was sports, of course, and my worst was economics. I was rubbish at that and I didn't like it very much at all.

Q17: Which team did you support as a boy?

MD: FC Baník Ostrava. I still support them now.

Q23: What keeps you awake at night?

MD: Not much really, although my girlfriend is expecting our first child soon so she is keeping me awake a bit at the moment.

Q25: Property aside, what is the most expensive thing you have bought?

MD: Other than my car, it would have to be a watch. I'm not telling how much though!

Q10: Who did you have a schoolboy crush on?

MD: It was a girl at school when I was about 16. I had a crush on her for a few years!

Q26: What was the first record you ever bought?

MD: It was by a Czech band called 'Kabát'. I can't remember how old I was. Their name is tabak spelt backwards which means tobacco. They called the band that because they smoked!

Q32: What is your greatest achievement in football?

MD: The best moment is being here at Albion. My greatest achievement was playing in a semi-final against Holland in the Under-16s national final when we won 2-0 and went onto the final.

Q37: Who is your favourite cartoon character?

MD: I really liked the Smurfs when I was younger. It was always on telly, I didn't have the toys or anything like that though.

Q14: What is your favourite other sport?

MD: I like tennis and ice hockey. I play both of them when I can.

Q40: If you were cooking to impress, what dish would you select?

MD: I went to a chefs' college so I know how to cook quite well. Hopefully any dish I chose would impress!

Q38: Would you like to be a manager one day?

MD: Yes, I definitely would. I want to be involved in football for as long as possible after I've finished playing.

Q18: What song would you choose if ordered to take part in karaoke?

MD: It would be by a Czech band 'Nohavica' and the song 'Udou po me udou' which means 'they go for me'. It's a good song to sing on the karaoke.
