HAVE you got a head for figures?

Well, in our weekly feature for the 2007/08 season, we find out whether the Albion players and coaching staff have.

Every Tuesday, a member of the Baggies camp will randomly pick 15 questions to answer from a colourful selection of 40 puzzlers.

We will then put them under the spotlight.

Today, we quiz Baggies stalwart Neil Clement.

Q14: What is your favourite other sport?

NC: It used to be golf, but now it is fly fishing. Me and Craig Beattie go quite a lot. It keeps me out of trouble, anyway! I hardly play golf anymore. It is all about the fly fishing!

Q8: What has been your most embarrassing moment?

NC: When I was about 19 at Chelsea I was a member of this gym. I used to go in the afternoons. I was there one day doing some running on the treadmill and my towel, which was balancing on the side, fell on the treadmill and landed half on it and half off it. I tried to scoop it up as I was running but I slipped and literally did a somersault and landed on the floor! All the gym instructors came running over panicking. It was packed as well. Everyone was just gawping at me. That was pretty embarrassing!

Q21: What is your most treasured possession?

NC: It's got to be the family. I've got two little girls, Olivia and Ruby, and my wife Rebecca. They mean more to me than anything.

Q10: Who did you have a schoolboy crush on?

NC: Kathy Lloyd, the page three model. I used to think she was lovely!

Q30: When was the last time you used public transport?

NC: About a month ago when I went to see one of the surgeons in London to try and sort my knee out. I got the train to London, and when I got there I jumped on the tube. If I'm down in London I often use the tube. It's sometimes a lot easier than driving around.

Q31: Who would you invite to your dream dinner party?

NC: Elvis wouldn't be a bad choice. He could sing a couple of songs after dinner. Muhammad Ali would also be an interesting guest. I would ask Anthony Hopkins. I think he is a fantastic actor. I reckon there would be some good conversation that evening!

Q32: What is your greatest achievement in football?

NC: Winning promotion the first time here in the 2001/02 season because we weren't expected to. We had a great group of lads. I think it is the greatest achievement because it was just so unexpected. Hopefully there is more to come!

Q40: If you were cooking to impress, what dish would you select?

NC: I would try Lobster Spaghetti because I really like that. For dessert, I do like a tiramisu. I doubt I would be able to make that though so I would have to buy it in!

Q1: If you could buy a ticket to any event in the world, what would it be?

NC: It's not really an event but I would like to buy a first-class plane ticket to Australia and go to Sydney. I would also like to visit New Zealand, maybe just go on holiday for a month and do some travelling. New Year would be good to go to Australia for. I have heard it's amazing.

Q22: What did you have for breakfast this morning?

NC: Nothing, which isn't very good! But I had eaten way too much yesterday and was still full! So it was just a coffee this morning. Normally I would have a couple of pieces of toast and eggs. But I have just found out I have an intolerance to eggs, so I have had to knock them on the head which I am gutted about because I love 'em! Now I have my toast with honey, which is very nice.

Q13: Who was your first-ever 11-a-side football match for and in what position?

NC: My school team when I was about 11. I was a centre-forward when I was younger. It was the school near where I live now, actually, in Dorridge.

Q12: What is your favourite colour?

NC: I like navy blue, which is a good job because I have to where it a lot here. I wear the colour quite a bit on top of wearing it at the club. I just think it looks smart, especially a navy blue suit.

Q9: Who would play you in the film of your life?

NC: That's a good question. I would like Quentin Tarantino as he is a bit mad and has got a bit of a dark side. But then again, I think I would actually choose Robert De Niro as he is my favourite actor. Tarantino could direct it! My favourite film ever is 'Raging Bull', so I would like it to be in a film like that.

Q20: What would your superpower be?

NC: I would like to be able to fly. I'm not far off being able to fly a helicopter over in Warwick, which is an unbelievable thrill. So I would imagine being able to fly would be amazing! I've only got about ten hours' worth of flying the helicopter before I get my licence. I've got a couple of exams to pass as well but hopefully I'll have it done by the summer. I've been solo flying a couple of times already.

Q15: What was your best and worst subject at school?

NC: French was my worst. I actually got a GCSE C in it and I have no idea how because I can't speak a word of it! My best, apart from PE, which is the obvious one, would probably be maths as I have got a bit of a head for figures. I think I got a B in that but only because I didn't push myself hard enough.
