Boss salutes terrific Tomasz
BRYAN Robson claimed Tomasz Kuszczak's Anfield heroics underlined why Chris Kirkland is having to warm the bench.

The Baggies boss was full of praise for 23-year-old Kuszczak after he pulled off a string of stunning saves to keep Albion in with a shout of grabbing an unlikely point against the high-flying Reds.
The former Hertha Berlin shot-stopper ensured the likes of Harry Kewell, Steven Gerrard and John Arne Riise drew blanks - but he could do nothing about Peter Crouch's 52nd-minute winner.
"I think that's the most Tomasz has had to do since he took over from Chris in goal," said Robson.
"He kept making save after save and that's why Chris hasn't regained his place.
"Chris was doing well for us before he got injured.
"But since Tomasz has come in, he has done nothing wrong and you have to be fair to players.
"He is only 23 and when he came in in place of Chris, you had to question whether his temperament would be good enough for places like Old Trafford and Anfield.
"But he's proving he has got the character to go with his ability and it's good that I've got two goalkeepers of that quality.
"I just don't want them to have to keep making as many saves as Tomasz did today!"
Kuszczak has only conceded 11 goals in ten top-flight games, including four clean sheets, since grabbing the gloves after Kirkland suffered a bruised kidney at Bolton in October.
