JONAS Olsson believes Albion are building some momentum as they go in search of a home win against Sheffield United on Saturday (ko 3pm) to bolster their impressive away form.
Chris Brunt's last-gasp equaliser in Tuesday's 1-1 draw at Ipswich means the Baggies have still only lost once on the road in the Coca-Cola Championship this term.
Olsson is now eager for a Hawthorns victory over the Blades to build on encouraging away league stalemates at Newcastle and Town, and their resounding 4-2 home FA Cup win over Toon, as the third-placed Baggies look to keep themselves firmly in the race for automatic promotion.
"Barnsley is the only game we lost away apart from the cup game at Arsenal," said the giant Swede.
"We have been solid away and hopefully with our performance at home in the FA Cup we can get a run going at home, where we have been struggling a bit.
"I think we are building some momentum.
"If you look at our bench, Ishmael, Coxy and Filipe are all coming on as impact players.
"The gaffer has a lot of options and that's something that will be in our favour going into the second half of the season.
"On Tuesday we looked fresh and we played the ball around.
"We are playing well so, after getting just one point, we are delighted there is a game so quickly so we can try to get three points."
