ALBION have been dealt a double blow after Luke Moore and Jerome Thomas were both ruled out of tomorrow's game with Cardiff (ko 7.45pm) due to injury.

Moore picked up a thigh problem in Saturday's 2-2 draw at Derby, while Thomas will miss his second successive game due to the hamstring strain he suffered in training on Friday.

And Roberto Di Matteo insisted it was too early to know whether either player will be fit for Albion's home clash with QPR a week today (ko 7.45pm).

The duo's absence takes the Baggies' injury list to six players, with Ishmael Miller, Neil Clement (both knee), James Morrison (heel) and Robert Koren (hernia) all sidelined.

"We've got long-term injured players still out in Ishmael Miller, James Morrison and Neil Clement," said Di Matteo.

"Robert Koren has had his operation and is also out.

"Jerome Thomas won't make it for tomorrow so that makes five players out.

"Luke Moore is struggling as well.

"He had a knock on his thigh, so that makes it six.

"I have two youth team players on the bench again tomorrow.

"We hope Luke won't be out for long but tomorrow will come too soon for him.

"We'll have to see how Jerome and Luke progress over the next few days."
