Albion v Bolton - team news

JAY Simpson is handed his first start in three games as Tony Mowbray makes one change to the side that fought out a goalless draw at West Ham on Monday.

The on-loan Arsenal striker comes in for Graham Dorrans, who drops to the bench, while Jonathan Greening falls back into his more customary central-midfield role.

Shelton Martis keeps his place and makes his Barclays Premier League home debut after impressing at Upton Park.

Gary Megson makes two changes to the Wanderers team that lost 3-1 at Fulham a week ago.

Sebastien Puygrenier and Fabrice Muamba come in for Andrew O'Brien and the injured Mark Davies, who miss out altogether.

ALBION (4-4-2): Carson; Zuiverloon, Martis, Olsson, Robinson; Morrison, Koren, Greening, Brunt; Simpson, Fortuné. Subs: Kiely (gk), Cech, Bednar, Moore, Dorrans, Teixeira, Valero.

BOLTON (4-4-2): Jaaskelainen; Steinsson, Cahill, Puygrenier, Samuel; Taylor, McCann, Muamba, Gardner; K Davies, Elmander. Subs: Al Habsi (gk), Shittu, Smolarek, Riga, Hunt, Makakula, Cohen.

REFEREE: H Webb (S Yorkshire).
