Morrison's hot-streak continues

ALBION Under-18s ended their three-game winless streak with a 2-0 victory over Stoke City on Saturday.

Stefan Morrison scored for the third successive game in the FA Premier Academy League (Group C) encounter as his brace took his tally to five goals in three games.

ALBION: Allsop, Mason, Hancox, Labadie (Bruce 70), Manchester, Pike, Nichols, Samuels (Siead 3), Morrison, Knight (Sawyers 80), Lake-Gaskin. Subs not used: Lloyd-Weston.

WOMEN

Albion ladies finished on the winning end of a seven-goal thriller as they beat Leicester City Ladies 4-3 on Sunday to extend their unbeaten run to six games and secure their passage into the League Cup second round.

Hayley Phillipowsky bagged a double and Kate Harris and Erin Hicken were also on the scoresheet.
