DOZZA might be the penalty king - but he's got a long way to go before he masters the arrows!
He might have taken over spot-kicks from me but Graham 'the loudmouth' Dorrans could not compete with me on the oche the other day.
Scott' the dentist' Carson is the man responsible for the sudden darts craze that has hit the squad.
He's really into his darts and he ordered a portable board with stand that comes on the bus to away games.
With the amount of away games we have, it passes a bit of time, and there's a bit of friendly rivalry going on.
It's a tough game and you realise how skilled the professional darts players are.
Scotty is the champion at the moment and he's good - but that's why he bought the board.
I think the best darts name though has to go to Joe for Joe 'cakeslice' Mattock.
Joe's into DJing and his nickname before he came here was something like 'top slice'.
However, he's added a little bit of body fat over Christmas so we've nicknamed him 'cake slice'!
Jonas Olsson is a bit aggressive with the darts unsurprisingly!
He actually threw a dart at the board the other day when Dozza was still in front of it!
So, if Dozza misses a game through injury you'll know why!

Mind you, we don't want him missing from the team if we get a penalty.
I was on penalties for 18 months and I had three.
He's had six in a few months!
I think it must be in his new contract that he has to take penalties!
I don't really mind as long as he sticks them away.
Even when he missed one at Scunthopre he managed to stay on them - he's golden boy!
I had a laugh with him coming off the pitch the other day.
Technically he's a quality player and when he steps up I don't think it's ever in doubt that he'll put it away.
He strikes a good ball with either foot and I don't expect anything less from him.
When he missed he switched sides and said he wished he hadn't.
But it's rare to get two penalties in one game and it has happened twice to him in the last month.
We've had a glut of penalties in our favour in January but it can work both ways, as we saw at Ipswich.
I was delighted to score a late equaliser in that game to bag a point - but we should have had more.
Our performance was spot on and I think we've responded well since that horrible night against Forest at the start of last month.
And we built on good performances against Newcastle and the Tractor Boys by beating Sheffield United convincingly at the weekend.
Things are now back in our own hands after another crazy weekend in the Coca-Cola Championship.
Everyone thought Newcastle were going to run away with it and then they draw 0-0 with ten-man Leicester, Forest lose to struggling Derby and we win against one of our promotion rivals.
We go to Blackpool tomorrow (ko 7.45pm) with the chance of going back into second place.
There are going to be lots of highs and lows for every team in the Championship between now and May and it's important we have more highs than lows.
The gaffer has changed the team and squad around a bit over the last month.
After the performance against Forest maybe we needed more experience in the team.
Roko probably spurs on the younger players like Dozza.
And the likes of Gonzo and Marek have played a lot of football in their careers, which is a good thing for everyone.
Having those older heads throughout the team, with Roman up front as well, is maybe something we needed.
It's also nice to have some fresh legs with the return of Ishmael Miller from injury and new signing Andy Slory
It gives the crowd a boost to see Ish on the bench.
But we can't expect too much from him too soon.
Once he gets himself fitter ne could be a big player for us in the last couple of months of the season, when some of us may be tired.

I've only seen Andy on the treadmill so far.
I believe he is pretty quick and he wouldn't be here if the club didn't think he could add to our promotion campaign.
It will be fresh legs and he will offer something a little different.
He could be a positive boost to everyone.
He's pretty experienced as well having played for a big side like Feyenoord, and he's played for Holland as well.
Another bonus over the last few weeks has been our ability to score goals from set-pieces.
Jonas has been pretty dangerous from them this season and he showed it again against Newcastle with two goals in both games against them.
We scored from a few earlier in the season and then we didn't for a while.
We all know our jobs and we've defended set-pieces well all season.
It's probably just down to better organisation from everyone at both ends.
The will to get a head on the ball or to get a block just seems to be better this season.
Gabby and Roman have come into the side recently and they have a strong physical presence.
Roman is more of an aerial threat than the likes of Coxy and Luke - maybe that has something to do with it.
Hopefully it can keep working because it's a big thing.
You could be having a bad game and then just nick a goal from a set-piece and win a game.
It's important to have those threats, especially when we're fighting on two fronts.
The league remains the priority but being drawn against Reading in the FA Cup gives us a chance to get to the quarter-finals.
Obviously, the Royals will be looking at it the same way after beating Liverpool and Burnley - two Premier League teams.
They're probably thinking if they can beat them, they can beat us.
We showed against Reading earlier in the season that we were the better side for long periods of the game but it will be different on their patch in a cup game and a different atmosphere.
That will make things difficult.
But we've played well away from home all season and it's one where we can go there with confidence.
