LOYALTY POINTS SYSTEM

Season ticket holders and members will earn loyalty points this season.

Away season ticket holders will automatically receive 300 points, home season ticket holders 150 points and members 50 points.

Throughout the season points will be allocated on a match-to-match basis.

Each game will be rated between one and three points.

Points will only be awarded if supporters purchase their tickets for home or away games from The Hawthorns' East Stand box office or via Albion's online and phone ticketing system.

Supporters can only earn one set of points per match regardless of how many tickets they purchase for a game.

SELF-SERVICE TICKET KIOSKS

The Baggies now have two self-service ticket collection kiosks up and running at the East Stand box office.

The kiosks will allow supporters to collect their pre-paid tickets for home games without having to queue with supporters who have yet to buy their seats.

Any home tickets purchased over the internet or telephone can be collected in this way.

All fans need to do is insert the credit/debit card they used to purchase the tickets into the kiosk and their ticket(s) will be printed instantly.

Only the actual card they used to pay for the tickets will be accepted.

The ticket collection window in the East Stand box office is now used for the collection of away tickets only.

HAWTHORNS EXPRESS

THE Hawthorns Express is again running this season, with four pick-up routes available.

Coaches run from Worcester, Tamworth, Kidderminster and Stafford (see table below for full details).

Journeys on the Hawthorns Express cost £7.

Coaches arrive 45 minutes before the game and park a short distance from The Hawthorns, at East End Foods, adjacent to junction one of the M5, for easy exit from and access to the motorway.
