Graham Dorrans' 78th-minute penalty fired Albion to a fifth successive home league win. Goals from Ishmael Miller and Robert Koren had earlier cancelled out Charlie Adam's opener before sub Brett Ormerod clawed the visitors level in the 72nd minute. Albion chose the Blackpool game to show their support for the Help for Heroes campaign. There was also a welcome return to The Hawthorns for lifelong fan Vic Stirrup. It was the 91-year-old's first Albion match since falling seriously ill at Ipswich in January. Vic was given the VIP treatment and met club legend Tony 'Bomber' Brown.
