Clarke makes five changes to his starting XI

FULL-BACKS Steven Reid and Goran Popov are handed starts as Steve Clarke makes five changes to the side that lost 1-0 at Manchester City in midweek.

Gareth McAuley and Ben Foster also return to Albion’s rearguard and Shane Long is restored in a three-pronged attack alongside Romelu Lukaku and Markus Rosenberg.

The men to make way are benched quartet Boaz Myhill, Billy Jones, Gabriel Tamas and Liam Ridgewell, while Craig Dawson misses out altogether.

Chris Hughton makes one change to the Canaries side that lost 2-1 to Villa last weekend as England goalkeeper John Ruddy comes in for the benched Mark Bunn.

NORWICH (4-4-2): Ruddy; R Martin, Bassong, R Bennett, Garrido; Johnson, Howson, Snodgrass, Pilkington; Hoolahan, Holt. Subs: Bunn (gk), Whittaker, Jackson, E Bennett, Becchio, Barnett, Tettey.

ALBION (4-3-3): Foster; Reid, McAuley, Olsson, Popov; Yacob, Morrison, Mulumbu; Rosenberg, Long, Lukaku. Subs: Myhill (gk), Jones, Tamas, Ridgewell, Brunt, Dorrans, Odemwingie.
