ALBION look set to be backed by bumper followings at their next three Barclays Premier League away games after the club announced the latest in a series of fan offers.
The Baggies are laying on up to 40 FREE supporters' coaches for the trip to Norwich on Saturday, April 5 (ko 3pm).
This comes on the back of the club subsidising prices for their visit to Swansea (click here)
on Saturday and rewarding supporters who travel to Hull on Saturday, March 22 with a voucher to use when buying tickets for future home games this season* or at the club’s retail stores (click here)
The Baggies are providing free travel for around 2,000 fans to Carrow
Road as a thank you for their loyal support this season.
The club have made a similar gesture over the last 11 seasons for league visits to Southampton, Sunderland (twice), Wigan (twice), Reading, Hull, Barnsley, Norwich, Charlton, Middlesbrough and West Ham, with the team unbeaten in ten of these 12 encounters.
Albion chief executive Mark Jenkins said: "As a thank you to the fans, who make a terrific effort to follow the team all over the country, we are laying on free coach travel for an away game for the 12th successive campaign.
“The three offers we are running at the moment are designed to encourage as many of our fans as possible to travel to these important fixtures, as their support will be vital.
“We have almost sold out of Swansea tickets, there has been a positive response to the Hull voucher offer and we are hopeful that the free coach travel offer will once again prove popular.”
Norwich match tickets are priced £35 adults, £25 seniors (65+), £20 under-17s and £12 under-12s. Albion have been granted an allocation of around 2,500 seats which will go on sale to away season ticket holders online (click here)
, in person or by phone today.
They will be available to home season ticket holders (HSTH) online on Wednesday, March 12, to HSTH in person and by phone on Monday, March 17, to members online on Wednesday, March 19, to members in person and by phone on Monday, March 24, and on general sale, subject to availability, on Wednesday, March 26.
Coach seats can be booked at the East Stand box office, online (click here)
and over the phone and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis – but only once a Norwich match ticket has been purchased.
On booking a coach seat, supporters will be required to pay a refundable deposit of £1, which will be returned on boarding the coach to the game. This is to discourage fans from booking a free coach seat and then failing to claim it, thus depriving other supporters of taking advantage of the offer.
*The vouchers can only be used to purchase match tickets for the home games against Cardiff, Tottenham and West Ham.
