IN-FORM Albion struck in the final minute of added time to draw 2-2 with West Ham United on their first-ever visit to a bitterly cold London Stadium.
Nacer Chadli slotted home early on, his first goal since October, only for Sofiane Feghouli to level just after the hour mark.
Manuel Lanzini looked to have won it for Slaven Bilic's side but Jonny Evans was on hand to head home a late corner.
A sell-out 3,000 Albion fans were in the capital to see Albion earn a share of the spoils, with Tony Pulis' side remaining eighth in the Premier League table and moving onto 37 points from 25 games.
It came on an afternoon which saw long-serving midfielder James Morrison make his 300th appearance for the club.
For the third match in succession, Albion broke the deadlock with six minutes on the clock.
Morrison, who struck early against both Middlesbrough and Stoke City, found Chadli on the left side of the penalty area and he sent the ball through the legs of Cheikhou Kouyate before doing the same to goalkeeper Darren Randolph.
Ben Foster got down well to keep out Robert Snodgrass' free-kick before Salomon Rondon rattled the crossbar with a superb, swerving first-time volley from distance.
The hosts thought they had levelled soon after, only to see Feghouli's effort ruled out, before Matt Phillips was called upon to clear off the line shortly after the half-hour mark as the Baggies maintained their one-goal advantage until the break.
Jonny Evans made his return from injury for Albion early in the second half, replacing goalscorer Chadli.
Yet, just after the hour, the Hammers levelled as Feghouli followed up to tap home after Foster had done superbly to tip Lanzini's drive on to the crossbar.
And it was Lanzini who put the Hammers ahead with a strike from the edge of the area in the 86th minute.
But Albion weren't beaten and Evans powered home a header in added time to send the travelling Baggies fans into raptures.
