Guidelines for supporters visiting The Hawthorns
ALBION are committed to making away fans' trips to The Hawthorns a pleasurable experience.
To help with the club has produced some guidelines to assist supporters:

- All away fans are situated within 'A' block of the Smethwick End Stand (south) stand. For a stadium plan, click here
- All fans should access the stadium via the ramp from Middlemore Road. This will be the way in which all supporters will exit at the end of the match
- Any official coaches will be parked on Middlemore Road and will be there upon return
- There are good public transport links to the stadium with the closest Metro and rail less than five minutes’ walk away. For Network West Midlands website click here
- Away supporters travelling by car should park on the Evans Easy Space Factory Unit Site, 151, Middlemore Road, B71 4LS
- Disabled supporters access the stadium via the designated entrance between the Smethwick End Stand and West Stand on Halfords Lane. Any coaches containing disabled supporters are urged to contact the club in advance so special drop-off and pick-up arrangements can be made
- Any available tickets for away supporters can be purchased/collected from the away ticket office to the rear of 'A' block. This ticket office is cash only
- Entry to the stadium is via the electronic turnstile system
- Turnstiles will typically open 90 minutes prior to kick-off for a day game or 75 minutes prior to a night match (7pm onwards)
- All away supporters are expected to comply with the Ground Regulations
