PURSUANT to Premier League Rule V13, each Club is required to publish the identities of the ultimate owner of each Significant Interest in the Club.
West Bromwich Albion Football Club Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of West Bromwich Albion Group Limited.
The owners of Significant Interests in West Bromwich Albion Group Limited are Mr Jeremy Peace 59.8% (majority shareholder) and Mr Geoff Hale 10.4%.
